Cuyahoga Heights Mayor’s Court

Waiverable traffic citations can be paid in person at Cuyahoga Heights Village Hall weekdays between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clerk of Court’s office located in the Village Hall. Cuyahoga Heights Village Hall is located at 4863 East 71st Street, Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio 44125.

You may also plead guilty and pay your waiverable traffic citations online at www.ohioticketpayments.com/CuyahogaHeights. Please note that a convenience fee will be assessed separately by the processing company.

Mayor’s Court Clerk’s Office Staff CAN:

Help you understand how the court works.
Help you understand the difference between what you may plead.
Help you reschedule court dates.
Answer questions about monies owed to the court.
Help you find information about your case.
Try to direct you to other agencies that may provide assistance.
Direct you to where you have to appear in court.

Mayor’s Court Clerk’s Office Staff CANNOT:

Give you legal advice or opinions.
Fill out forms for you.
Tell you what to say or write.
Tell you how to plead in your case.
Tell you how the court may rule or fine you on your case.
Make amendments to your case or remove points.

The Garfield Heights Municipal Court is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays.
The court website www.ghmc.org is always available. The court jurisdiction covers eight neighboring communities including Garfield Heights, Maple Heights, Cuyahoga Heights, Newburgh Heights, Brecksville, Independence, Valley View and Walton Hills.
